Dive into the world of herbalism with "Think Like an Herbalist," a series of easy-to-do kitchen tasks to infuse your life with more herbs and herbal medicine. ~ Zooming in live, these workshops are ~ ✨ Easy to do with things you already have in stock ✨ Friendly environment ✨ Environmentally friendly :) ✨ Low cost or free From preparing your own herbal remedies to crafting magical baths or medicinal broths, this program will give you the knowledge and tools to bring more natural healing into your everyday life. May 6: Herbs for Surviving Capitalism with Erin Masako Wilkins, LAc of Herb Folk 🤣 Herbs, diet and lifestyle suggestions from two perspectives for stress and anxiety, burnout, and dread. ​ Note, in June - August 2025, the Think Like an Herbalist series is going on hiatus. Keep an eye out for in-person offerings and other ways to touch in to this herbal community of learning and practice. Want to join for free?
